General Registration Information

$450 Full Registration, all events

$250 Student Registration, all events 

All Events Include:

Wednesday: Opening Reception and Keynote at the Southwestern School of Arts (4:30-7:30 pm)

Thursday: Choice of one Bus Field Tour with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Friday: Walking Field Tours, but transportation provided to central location and mission tours as well as breakfast and lunch.

Saturday: Paper Sessions, including continental breakfast, coffee and snacks. Closing Banquet Saturday night will be NIOSITA at LaVillitta, including cruise along the Riverwalk by barge from hotel (as well as return).

Registration Opens: February 3, 2020

Early Registration Closes:  April 3, 2020

Late Registration Begins: April 4, 2020

Registration Closes: Friday, April 17, 2020

In recent years, regular full registration has been closed after early registration due to tours being filled and participants have had to register al a carte.

Payment Information

Pay via credit/debit card (processed by PayPal), PayPal account, or check payable to VAF.

Note – your registration and tour selections are not finalized until payment is received.

Refund Policy 

Registration cancellations received before April 1, 2020, will be refunded in full, less a $50 administrative fee.

Cancellations received from April 1 to April 16, 2020, will be refunded 50 percent.

There will be no refunds after April 16, 2020.
